三种植物生长物质对大豆叶茎解剖结构的影响

摘 要:

在大田栽培条件下,大豆‘垦农4号’于开花始期叶面喷施植物生长物质 2-N,N- 二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA)、氯化胆 碱(CC)和 SOD 模拟物(SODM), 并比较不同植物生长物质影响大豆叶片、叶柄和茎的解剖结构。结果表明, 喷施植物生长 物质后 30 d, 叶中栅栏组织厚度及栅海比均增加; 喷施 SODM、DTA 的叶中主脉维管束横截面积和木质部导管数目增加, CC 对主脉维管束横截面积和木质部导管数目的影响不明显; 喷施3 种植物生长物质的叶柄表皮细胞厚度、叶柄维管束横 截面积和导管数量增加, 茎部薄壁组织、韧皮部和木质部厚度增加, 茎的直径也增加。

Effects of Plant Growth Substances on Leaf and Stem Anatomical Structure in Glycine max (Linn.) Merr.

Abstract:

In the field cultivation condition, leaves of a soybean (Glycine max) cultivar ‘Kennong 4’ were treated with plant growth substances including 2-diethylaminoethyl hexanoate (DTA), choline chloride (CC) and superoxide dismutase mimics (SODM) at the beginning of flowering stage. Effects of 3 plant growth substances on leaf and stem anatomical structures in soybean were compared. The results showed that palisade tissues were thicker and the thickness ratio of palisade tissue to spongy tissue increased after 30 d with the treatments of 3 plant growth substances. Cross-sectional area of the main vein vascular bundle and the number of xylem vessel increased in leaves treated with SODM and DTA. There were no obvious effects of CC on cross-sectional area of the main vein vascular bundle and the number of xylem vessel. The 3 plant growth substances increased the thickness of petiole epidermal cell, cross-sectional area of petiole vascular bundle, number of vessels, the thickness of parenchyma, xylem, phloem in stems, and the diameter of stem.
